Placement Fees

  • 10% for exclusive job orders
  • 15% for non-exclusive job orders

  • Pay the balance in monthly installments
  • Spread your payments for up to 12 months – interest free!

Example: For a $120,000 placement with a 10% fee and a $3,000 initial payment, the remaining balance is divided into 12 monthly installments of $750.

We don’t play the game of matching your budget just to find the cheapest worker and max out our profits. Saltworth’s charge rates derive from the “Contractor Pay Rate” …we operate a reliable, fully compliant system that runs like clockwork.

  • We supply and payroll contractors at a flat-rate margin of just $100 per day
